Emily Szajnuk is a NYC singer, actress, and performer. She is a proud member of Actors Equity Association (AEA). Emily holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from The New School University, and is a Musical Theatre Conservatory graduate of The American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA). She also studied for two years at Methodist University, where she studied Vocal (Music) Performance. Originally from Camp Hill, PA, Emily has lived and performed in NYC for over 5 years. Emily has been performing and singing since she was young, studying legit and opera, and performing in professional and community theatre throughout PA. She was recently was seen on the National Tour of Jurassic Quest, where she was a performer and puppeteer for the show, performing for hundreds of people a day throughout the country.
She also has recently been seen starring as Kelly in the off-Broadway show A Therapy Session With Myself, Amalia and Ilona U/S in She Loves Me, and Mrs. Puff in The SpongeBob Musical. Emily has been seen in various off-Broadway shows, theatre companies, tv shows, and professional theatres in multiple states. During her time studying at Methodist University, Emily was part of the prestigious MU Chorale and Chamber Singers, where she traveled with the group and performed solo arias throughout Europe.
Emily also currently works front of house for a major Broadway theatre and show, where she is consistently connected to the industry. Emily is a legit soprano and can sing mix/belt, is a quick study, and is also a professional puppeteer. Emily is currently seeking agent representation.
